Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are exempt from returns, such as:

  • Sale items or clearance costumes
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Accessories and wigs for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
